At Lucin Candle Studio, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info[at] lucincandlestudio.com for further details.

Candle Care

• Be sure to allow at least 2 hours for your first burn OR until the entire top layer of wax melted to maximize the life of your candle.

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch each time before lighting. This helps prevent the flame from getting too large.

• Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. This will also help prevent possible heat damage.

• Keep lit candles away from fans, vents or direct access to air currents.

• Store candle in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.

• Do not touch or move a burning candle.

• Extinguish the candle if the flame becomes too large. Let the candle cool, trim the wick before re-lighting.

• Always keep the candle within your sight.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish all candles when you leave a room or before going to sleep.
